Regular season sign-ups have ended at Smyrna High School. However, registrations will continue to be accepted through October 20th by mail. Please mail your registration form with a check made payable to SJBL to: PO Box 1271 Evaluation days will be the 11th and 18th of October. Schedule available by clicking here. The fee for sign up is $85.00 and includes complete uniform and end-of-season trophy for ages 5-8 and team t-shirts for ages 9 and up. Click here to download a Player Application.
